Here’s Jessica Pilon unmasked! Because of COVID we’ve had to be in masks for over 1 year so we decided to do a special video series called URBANATORS UNMASKED which we’ll be revealing over the coming month or two.

The government of Ontario has decided to do a province-wide lock down. This will mean some services at The Urban Spa will not be available from December 26 until January 23 but THE URBAN SPA WILL REMAIN OPEN.
Because Massage Therapy is part of the Regulated Health Professions Act it has been deemed essential which means all Massage Therapy reservations will continue forward (yay!). As well we are offering Curbside Pick Up of Products and Gift Cards. Our online store operates 24/7 and is a great way to support us during this time. Unfortunately hair & esthetic services will resume after January 23, 2021 due to the lockdown.
