Each cut and style includes a relaxing shampoo and condition, and finishes with a blowout style. All of our hair experiences at the Urban Spa are performed using Redken, Olaplex or Living Proof Products.

Our stylists only use professional products and invest in continuing their education. All colours are 100% guaranteed when you purchase the recommended take home regime to maintain your look.

Balayage
Balayage simply put, is the art of hand painting. When stylists use this technique, they are stepping out of the standard patterning of highlights. This can accomplish a beautiful blend of depth and brightness but may take more time and product than more structured foiling.
The Platinum Card
This technique is used when stylists need to foil every section of hair, in order to lighten the head all over. This would mean no hair would be left out of the foils. *Deposit required for reservation
Premium Olaplex Blonding Service
Using the full line of Olaplex to protect your hair and maximize your results, this premium service includes Full highlights, toner, blowout and a style enhancement.

Clearing the canvas and Pulp Riot (double process)
If you love the idea of bright (or pastel) fun colours such as blue, purple, green, or pink (to name a few) pulp riot can help you express yourself through your hair. Before we can go in with a bright semi-permanent like pulp riot, we have to “clear the canvas” or completely lighten your hair all over! This double process appointment would include the platinum card, a toner, our Olaplex line, the pulp riot application and full blowout with a style enhancement. Includes $50 combo savings

This would be for anyone who likes the idea of pulp riot in their hair, but NOT all over. We would pick an area for the colour to pop and do the same steps but only in the selected area. Still including the toner, Olaplex, pulp riot, full blowout and style enhancement.

Pulp Riot Refresher
This advanced colour service would be for anyone who has already had their hair pre-lightened and coloured with pulp riot in the past and is ONLY refreshing the pulp riot currently on the hair.
Colour Correction
Corrective colour may fall under many categories and your stylist will know best if it is necessary to reach your goal. If your hair currently has many years of colour on it and you are looking for a blonde transformation, this may be what the stylist needs to utilize in order to get the best results. Corrective colour allows the time necessary to tediously remove pre-existing colour on the hair SAFELY and slowly to ensure the health of your hair is maintained.

Are you wanting to give your hair a little extra love with your service? We have deep treatments and style enhancements available. The Olaplex line we carry is highly sought after and patented technology that helps build bonds in the hair to strengthen from the innermost part of your hair, out. We highly recommend adding it to any service. If you would like to book in a consultation before committing to an appointment, we recommend bringing any photos of your current inspiration or goals, as well as a list of the current products you are using. If a colour service is booked and received afterwards, the full value of the consultation will be deducted from the colour reservation total.
