As some of you may know, we have been on the search for a new team member, someone to be our Guest Reservation Specialist! Due to the extreme rate of growth with our business and all of the new guests that we are so delighted to be welcoming to the spa, we needed a special individual to book reservations for our guests and ensure that all of their needs are met. Not only did we find one special individual for this job… we found two!
For our first reveal, we are pleased to introduce to you, Catherine Calabretta! Guest Reservation Specialist #1:
“I am a second year Social Service Worker and I have a strong passion for volunteer work. I have volunteered for the Canadian Canoe Museum, Blues Festival and numerous different events through my high school and college. Born and raised in the Peterborough area, I love supporting local businesses and I am so excited to now be apart of one! I am very excited to be working with the Urban Spa and the guests of the spa.”
