Pinterest has released it’s most searched haircut for 2018. Searches for “Classic Bob” came out on top and we’re NOT surprised. For one, two of our Urbanators just went from Buns to Bobs (courtesy of Sara Mcfeeters) shortly before these results were posted.
One of the things we love most about the bob haircut is its versatility. The bob haircut varieties that are currently popping on inspiration boards include super short bobs, lobs, and long-layered options that flatter just about everyone. To be frank, we’ve never bet a bob we didn’t like.

Lavender, a Mediterranean plant, is currently the worlds most-used essential oil plant, and has been used for over 2,500 years for various purposes. Today, lavender is used in many health and wellness products to treat anxiety or emotional stress, help heal wounds and burns, improve sleep, restore skin complexion, improve eczema, alleviate headaches, and much more!
In order to make lavender essential oil, the harvested plants are transferred into a still and compacted to reduce the amount of air pockets. The less air, the greater the oil yield. Once the still is stuffed, steam is injected into the bottom at a low pressure. Over the course of 15 minutes, the steam rises to the top of the still. Over the course of the next half hour or so, the steam releases the oil from the flowers and, to a lesser extent, the leaves. To extract the oil from the still, cold water is sent through a coil, turning the steam into water which now contains the lavender oil. The water is now left to separate from the oil before being pumped out. It takes 27 square feet of lavender plants to make one 15-ml bottle of lavender oil. Wow!

Our seasonal pedicure indulges you with a luxurious charcoal foot soak, lightly scented with herbaceous basil essential oil, and dotted with lavender buds. All of our seasonal services incorporate our all natural house made scrub and deeply nourishing body butter, beautifully scented with our seasonal lavender and peppermint essential oil blend.
