As the weather changes, many of us are out there being active in various forms (hiking, gardening, lawn care, sports, yard clean up, biking…) and this leads to muscles tightness and sore bodies for all of us. Well maybe not avoid them completely but definitely minimize their effects.
We recently launched a video series, Stretching with Stuart and we have many new videos coming soon. Having a proper stretch routine is critical to not injuring yourself. We searched high and low and finally found this quick five minute stretching video you might find useful. Another great idea is to practice yoga. Even a quick five to ten minute yoga routine can really strengthen your core and keep you in shape. Here’s a yoga routine we like.
