Why are we throwing a party? Because you, our amazing guests, have spoken (loudly!). We are so honoured to have been voted Favourite Spa, Favourite Manicure/Pedicure, Favourite Esthetician (Mataya Spellman), Favourite Hair Stylist (Sara McFeeters) and Favourite Massage Therapist(Cole Leptick, RMT).
We have some BIG NEWS. Many people don’t know, because we’ve never made it public, but the owners of The Urban Spa Peterborough (Kerri & Jean-Guy (JG)) own a travel agency. Escape Route Travel was founded in 2008 and has helped thousands of clients travel millions of miles around the globe bringing joy, smiles, laughter and pleasure for over a decade.
Escape Route Travel is now “POWERED BY URBAN”. What does that mean?
We are integrating the two companies so we can provide our clients a high level of service says Kerri Holley, Co-Owner.
You will start to see marketing integrations between the two companies and you will also be able to take advantage of the amazing service selections in both companies at the same time.
We realized recently that The Urban Spa and Escape Route Travel provide the same experience. Both companies strive to provide a perceptional experience meaning Personal and Exceptional. The spa accomplishes this through our European boutique spa and New York Style nail bar while Escape Route Travel accomplishes its mission by providing corporate, custom and cruising travel services. Both companies work incredibly well together says Jean-Guy (JG) Francoeur, Co-Owner.
Anytime you book a trip or vacation, the first thing you need is a manicure and pedicure. We can also help you get into the ‘vacation groove’ by getting our locally famous seasonal facial treatment or one of our body treatments like our Macadamia Boomerang Body Glow.
We are super excited about this combination for our clients. Our goal is to bring an elevated level of service for our clients.
