The Indie Head Massage is a form of massage therapy based on the ancient healing system of Ayurveda which focuses on the muscles and connective tissues of the face, neck, scalp, and shoulder area. This 45 minute service can be used to treat most issues of the head, neck and shoulders, including headaches, TMJ pain, tension and trigger points.
In addition to the above benefits, the oil blend used on the hair and scalp is very nourishing and moisturizing and actually acts as a secondary treatment to condition your hair. With added essential oils of Rosewood, Galbanum & Basil from our facial line, it helps to uplift and ground.
*NOTE: Your hair will be saturated with oil when leaving the spa.

Begin your Urban Spa experience by enjoying our Aromatherapy Massage — the ultimate hour-long aromatic treatment! Choose your preferred aroma infused with essential oils and luxurious emollients. This deeply relaxing treatment will leave your skin feeling silky smooth and irresistibly scented.
Complete your experience with an hour-long pedicure which includes a softening foot soak, filing/shaping of nails and re-hydration of your cuticles followed by a luxurious foot scrub and massage. Our fella’s heels get a little extra TLC with some callous removal (you know you need it!). Meanwhile, our ladies get to choose from over 120 polish colours as the cherry on top of a perfect pedi! Time Spent at Spa: 2 hours worth of services!
