That commitment is exactly what is driving our most exciting operational announcement yet. Next week, we will be officially transitioning from MINDBODY to a brand-new, state-of-the-art booking and management platform called Zenoti. This is not just a software change — it is an investment in delivering a more Perceptional experience for every single client who walks through our doors.

A Whole New E-Commerce Experience
Whether you are browsing our service menu, booking your next spa day, or shopping for your favourite at-home skincare products, the new system is vastly advanced and significantly improved over our current setup. A premium online experience, from start to finish.
Enhanced Check-In & Check-Out
We are streamlining the way you arrive and depart. Your check-in and check-out processes will be faster and more effortless, giving you more time to simply relax and enjoy your visit.
Going Paperless — Your Digital Profile
We are excited to announce that The Urban Spa is going fully paperless! As part of this transition, all client files will be stored digitally. We will be reaching out to ask you to update your digital profile so we always have the most accurate information on hand to deliver your Perceptional experience.
What This Means For You
Your Experience is Protected
All of your existing bookings, memberships, packages, and gift cards will carry over seamlessly to the new system. Your appointments are safe and sound, and your reward points will be transferred within the first week. This transition is designed to be completely invisible to you — except for the fact that everything will feel better on the other side.
Please Note — Brief Offline Window
Our booking system will be offline from March 28 at 6:00 PM until March 30 at 1:00 PM while we complete the transition. We will be back open and online at 1:00 PM on March 30.

On Monday, March 30, we will be sending all clients a follow-up email with simple, step-by-step instructions on how to activate your brand-new Zenoti account and get started.
To activate your account, you will need either the mobile number or the email address currently associated with your Urban Spa account. Not sure which one we have on file? Email us at booknow@urbanspapeterborough.com and we will confirm it for you in advance.
