Perceptional is defined as a Personal and Exceptional Spa Experience. That’s what The Urban Spa stands for.
There are 3 components to our purpose.

- Exceptional: The Urban Spa strives to make every visit exceptional. That doesn’t mean good, doesn’t mean great, it means EXCEPTIONAL. We want to make an impact on your life!
- Experience: The Urban Spa no longer offers services, we offer experiences. Every encounter with our clients leads to an experience. We’ve invested heavily to make sure The Urban Spa provides an experience like no other. From the Nespresso and Starbucks coffee bars, to the curated music experience to the world menu only offered at The Urban Spa, we strive to be PERCEPTIONAL.
