Our Pleasure! We’ve had the pleasure of serving you for over 5 years having served over 15,000 guests. Our intention remains the same: to be PERCEPTIONAL. Defined, this means to provide you with a Personal and Exceptional Spa Experience. Over the last 5 years, we’ve introduced FREE lattes, FREE Parking, 24/7 online booking, a branded mobile app booking system, a curated music experience, membership options and perks, the longest open hours, a curated pedicure experience, our own branded line of aromatherapy blends and products.

Big News -> New Partnership! It’s our pleasure to expand and grow our service offering BEYOND SPA SERVICES. Exciting right! For the last 9 years, the owners of The Urban Spa, Jean-Guy & Kerri have also owned a travel agency: Escape Route Travel. The travel agency has served thousands of clients and taken people to every corner of the globe. By the way, Kerri just won Favourite Travel Agent as well. In the coming years, you will see more and more integration between The Urban Spa and Escape Route Travel which is now Powered by Urban.
